Breve programma dell'evento che prevede oltre al contatto leggero anche alcuni incontri a contatto pieno di MMA e di altre discipline:

ore 11 ritrovo e peso atleti contatto leggero e contatto pieno.

ore 13.30 Circa inizio competizioni Light e a seguire Submission Wrestling Classe A e B su Due Tatami (alcuni match di MMA Light potrebbero svolgersi su Ring).

ore 15.30 Circa Inizio competizioni a Contatto pieno su Ring, MMA e altre discipline.

Le competizioni andranno avanti per tutta la giornata.
